What we store
- Account details: name, email, phone number and city.
- Health data you choose to add: weight, meals and meal photos, and activities.
- Bookings, orders and enquiries you make.
How we protect it
- Your health data is visible only to you. Database rules block every other member from reading it.
- Photos are stored privately and shown through short-lived links. Original meal photos are deleted after 30 days.
- Admin exports never include health data, and every admin change is logged.
- Activities imported from Strava are shown only to you, never on the leaderboard and never sent to an AI model.
Your choices
- You can hide yourself from the leaderboard at any time.
- You can download your data or delete your account from your profile.
